We will work with you to build a handbook that is compliant in states where you have employees, and that offers policies that are in line with your business goals and objectives. If you already have a handbook, we review and revise existing policies as well.

Training

We suggest, implement, and facilitate annual training to keep your company in compliance.

Leave of Absence

We provide employee support, offer company compliance advice and handle payroll leave administration.

Systems Access, Updates, and Migration

Our team will work within your payroll, HR, and benefits platforms to help facilitate a seamless HR experience. If you decide it’s time to move to a new platform, we can manage the heavy lifting.
